A low, continuous rim burnished over a round or oval stone. Smooth, secure and the most protective setting here.

Origin

Chemically and optically the same stone, grown rather than mined. Roughly a third of the price — most people put the difference into a larger stone.

Colour

Colourless. The last grade where no warmth shows in any setting.

Clarity

Inclusions visible under magnification, difficult to locate. Eye-clean appearance varies by the individual stone, inclusion position and viewing distance. Inspect the exact stone before approval.

Until all three measurements are entered, the model uses a carat-and-ratio estimate. This construction remains a concept specification until the physical stone is recorded.

Before you commit

A 6.5 mm stone over a 2.0 mm band overhangs enough to catch — the one thing a bezel promises not to do. A wider band carries this stone better.
